Ngenio 2024 Mercuriades Awards finalist
Ngenio has been named as a 2024 Mercuriades Awards finalist in the EDC International Market Development category!
This prestigious honor bears witness to our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence at Ngenio, as well as our keen desire for the MPO Solution to extend beyond our Quebec borders into other markets.
Did you know that our leadership team has recently undergone some changes?
Embodying both Ngenio tradition and Ngenio’s future at once, the son of one of Ngenio’s founders has now taken the reins. Martin Gagnon, son of Gilles and longstanding entrepreneur in his own right, is now Ngenio’s President and CEO.
With a passion for entrepreneurship, Martin has always been a big user of MPO himself over the years.
Martin is committed to a vision:
- Pursue Ngenio’s mission of focusing on staff wellbeing as well as operational excellence
- Step up MPO’s growth in both Canadian and foreign markets
- Continue developing new tools and solutions to better equip today’s decision-makers and leaders
Patrick Côté – also one of Ngenio’s co-founders – remains on board as a valuable asset in the VP of Operations and Product Development role, to ensure product continuity and unmatched expertise in our ever-evolving product development endeavors.
This prestigious nomination for a Mercuriades Award pays homage to our collective ability to transform challenges into new opportunities, owing to the team spirit within the MPO community of partners and analysts.
Together, we have:
- Built a network of 30 Global Partners throughout Canada, the U.S., Morocco and Europe (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg).
- Served 445 business and organizations worldwide – attesting to our global impact.
- Trained thousands of MPO Analysts – fostering a whole community of human capital management experts.
- Generated over 48,000 reports per annum – providing reliable, scientifically valid talent management data.
The nomination is also a reflection of the trust you have placed in us at MPO for more than 15 years now!
We continue to forge ahead in building a world wherein every organization can reach its full potential by adopting effective human-centric resource management practices.
